All samples and low-value orders are posted by Royal Mail first class.
All custom orders are shipped by Royal Mail’s guaranteed next-day delivery service.
Please double check your delivery address before completing your order. I’m unable to redirect your delivery once your order’s been shipped.
If your address is incomplete or incorrect, or if you don’t collect the parcel from your local Royal Mail depot, I will have to charge you to redeliver. Once you’ve paid the extra shipping charge, I’ll resend your delivery within 48 hours of if being returned to me.
If you think your parcel has got lost, please contact me with your name, number, full address and order number. I’ll look into it straightaway.
Please note, though, that Royal Mail doesn’t consider an item to be lost until 15 working days from shipping for UK deliveries and up to 20 working days from shipping for international deliveries. I’m unable to claim and provide a refund before that time has passed.

International delivery options are:
5-10 day delivery - Royal Mail Airmail (not tracked)
2-3 day express delivery - UK Mail (fully tracked)
Next day – if you need a next-day international delivery I can usually arrange this.
Were you not in?
If you’re not in when the delivery person attempts to deliver, they’ll leave a card showing that your parcel has been:
- Left with neighbours
- Put in a safe place
- Returned to your local depot ready for you to pick up.
Please collect your delivery within the specified time, or it will be returned to me and I’ll need to charge an extra delivery fee to resend it to you.
