During the planning stage, we’ll discuss the vision you have for your stationery. We’ll work out everything from the style to the colours and finishes, and all the elements you’d like to include.

At the end of this stage, we’ll have agreed on the items you’d like, the budget and timeline.

This stage usually takes around a week.

Design concepting

Once your order’s confirmed and you’ve supplied the wording you’d like to appear on your stationery, I’ll begin preparing all the personalised calligraphy and illustration elements. I’ll send images of the master suite I’ve produced for your review, and we can go through up to two rounds of amends if needed. 

At the end of this stage, we’ll have an approved master suite and your full order can be prepped.

This stage usually lasts around a week, depending on your availability to review and provide feedback.

Design roll-out

During this stage I’ll have my head down preparing your stationery. Once it's all ready, it will be carefully packaged for shipping and I’ll confirm when it’s on its way to you. 

Depending on the quantity you need, your order will usually be prepared in 1-2 weeks.


Your order will reach you in line with the delivery terms we agreed in the planning stage. 


My standard payment terms, unless we agree otherwise, are:

- 50% deposit to secure time in my schedule (or 100% if my minimum design fee of £150 applies).
- 50% when you’ve approved the design.
