Trading Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all orders made through eglettering.com. By placing an order you agree:
- To these terms and conditions.
- You’re an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your purchase.
- There are sufficient funds to cover the cost of your order.
It’s your responsibility to inform me of any changes to these details as soon as possible. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Pricing
All prices are as stated on eglettering.com, in UK Pounds Sterling, but I reserve the right to change my prices at any time.
I'm not able to cancel personalised orders, but please get in touch with me if there is an issue with your order.
I'm happy to accept returns on ready made items. If you wish to return an item:
contact me within 14 days of receiving your order
return the product within 28 days of receiving your order. Buyer pays return postage and returns from outside UK need to be clearly marked as such as I'm unable to accept items that require customs tax paying on.
Once I have received the return, I will process your refund and the payment account will be credited within 5-10 business days.
I am not able to accept returns on personalised orders. However, I'm happy to help if there is an issue with your order.

The use of our site eglettering.com and its content is intended for the personal and non-commercial use by the users of our site.
If you use our website in any way we haven't authorised, then we might claim for damages or report you for criminal offences. Your use of this website and any dispute about it is subject to the laws of England and Wales.

Warranties
I’m unable to provide any warranties in relation to goods provided over and above my statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended by the Supply of Good and Services Act 1994). This doesn’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and by using this website you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Out Of Stock and 'Pre-Order' Products
The number of items in stock is actual and I only list items that are in stock, however, on occasion a stocking quantity error might occur. If the item you order isn’t in stock, I’ll let you know by e-mail or telephone. I’ll always give you the option to cancel your order if you’d rather not wait for stock to be replenished.
If an item is showing as a pre-order, this means you can order now but I’ll ship it when it’s back in stock. Wherever possible, I’ll show in the product description when I expect to have the product in stock.
If you order other items as well as a pre-order item in one order, I reserve the right to ship your entire order when the pre-order stock arrives. If you’d prefer to receive the stock items straightaway, please create two separate orders.
